i love the coffee table and end tables but when they came i opened them and they were dented and scratched on the top and side.
Horrible customer service. I ordered chairs for my vacation on June 4th. They tell me that it was out of stock after I placed the order. It still says "Processing" on my order. Its July 13!! Now they wont pick up the phone when I need to talk to someone there, they put me on hold for hours. No one there to talk to. Horrid experience!!

Item was two weeks late on delivery, FedEx lost the package because OJCommerce shipped the couch which came in two pieces separately. Customer service was rude and putting the blame on the shipping company, however, FedEx was more than willing to help me figure out what was going on with the package. My family has been sitting on the floor for more than two weeks now, still no couch. No discount for my inconvenience was provided, Do Not, I Repeat Do Not Order Furniture Via This Company!
Ordered a bed from this company and got an email with a tracking number saying the product had been shipped. A few days later I attempted to track the package and the tracking number was no good.
After several conversations with customer service, i was finally told the package had not been sent and was still in their warehouse. I cancelled the order and hopefully won't have problems being refunded.
I checked the reviews for this company and saw there were 299 complaints logged with bbb in the past 3 years.
I bought a product for them. They would not deliver it, and would also not refund my money. Complete scammers.
Bought something for a Christmas present, received Nov. 24. Tried to return it on Jan. 6 and was told they have a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. They didn't care or warn you about their policy. Terrible company! Bought it thru Walmart won't do that again only thru Amazon!!!
The mirror I ordered is gorgeous! It arrived sooner than I expected and was in perfect condition. The price point was also great - it was hundreds less than comparable sized mirrors and is just as nice, if not nicer! :)
I ordered 6 dressers from OJ Commerce through Ebay. The day my first dresser arrived it was clearly damaged just looking at the box which was busted through straight through to the product and you could see that the product was smashed and broken. I immediately took a photo and sent it to OJ Commerce through Ebay. They claimed they could not see the photo clearly and asked me not to file a case through ebay: which is crooked and shows their attempt to not have to refund anything from the very beginning! Through Ebay they declined my desire to return the items. In the end, I had to file through paypal to resolve the situation, and OJ Commerce said to paypal that they will only accept the return if I ship back all the items at my expense. Well I had sent them pictures of 4 of the six dressers that I opened up and they knew that the cardboard and packaging was removed from the dressers and ripped. I'm not a packaging company and it would cost probably over $200 to ship back the dressers. Not a good company to do business with!
Wonderful experience. My washer and dryer arrived before the scheduled date. Very pleased with the whole experience

Where can I find replacement parts for my microwave cart doors? My toddler leaned on them and they have broke the door pins.
Learn something new abt online order through Walmart, but it's shipped by OJCommerce, couldn't say it is a bad experience throughout, becz it was my error in ordering wrong item for our living room. Market side and OJC both are good in responding back via email or phone, no question abt it. They do charge shipping back fee, but that's their policy. By the way they do have lots of good selection of furniture on their website.
